A solution to this can be found in the support pages from within the game.
Submit a ticket with the name, server, guild & if possible account ID and purchase receipt, along with the social account you’d like it linked to.
Note that if either the target or destination account are not yours, they won’t do it and could ban you as a result for TOS violation
