I think you have to buy the premium quest before you claim the prize
You still have to actually reach each tier to win the rewards, the premium pass isn’t an ‘unlock all’ button. It just means that when you do reach those tiers, you’ll get the premium rewards ontop of the regular ones.

The event lasts for 48 more days. If they just let P2P go nuts and reach max within days of it releasing then it would throw the game off even more than it is now. Calm down and reach the tiers at the pace it was set.

You have to get 18 points first to get the first prize.
The first prize is free. The 2nd one costs 18
