How can I allow guild access to guild perks??

If you’re a guild leader and you want your members to access the guild perks, you have to promote them to Champion.
If you’re not a Ruler or a Champion, you have to ask for a promotion.

Where can I ask for promotion?
You can ask in the guild chat, or PM your guild leader.
