Well, I know a bit about animation, but I’ve never tried doing it because I don’t have the right tools and items for it.
These are a couple requirements but it’s whatever. Though, I do ask a question, who’s going to animate?

Hey, @Cookie101. I see you’re planning for a project. I won’t be able to help, but I could suggest something.
For the animation, I don’t know what kind of animation are you planning exactly. But since you or your team are novices, you could do a simple comic strip first. When you pulled this off, you could to more as you progress. If you start with the difficult one, I doubt it’ll happen. One step at a time.
The voice recording may be too hard, but the only way I could think is do some voice recordings using the phone (just look for some quiet place obviously to avoid noises). Then post it on your Discord server then gather it and compile.
That’s all I could suggest. If it won’t help, then I have nothing more to say but good luck.

Really flag for tell truth.
Literal no one ask for this. There is to many of these story on forum and almost all have same plot. A bit boring now to tell the trith.
Even the biggest story on forum is slow to post because the writers plan and so posts is good

From one writer to another, I can understand your frustration. Seeing your ideas get shot down is upsetting. 
Planning everything out is very helpful when creating stories or topics. Mapping out a few major details (info about the setting, character traits and origins, lore, etc) helps to chart a course so you know where you’re going with everything.
In relation to the main topic, a fully fledged animated series would be a nigh-impossible task. However, I could definitely see a low quality, hand drawn short happening. Good luck!
