I’m on server 19 and I don’t see a lot of the other hero’s who are available to other servers. Will they eventually be added or am I missing something ?

They will be eventually added. The higher the server’s number the least recent the version it is

To answer the OP, next month may be the schedule for new heroes. And you may consider waiting because the server is only less than 2 weeks old!
