I have upgraded my team level to 107.12 heroes I can get to 107,4 I CANNOT. Bo-peep, Meridia, Goofy and Quorra. Only thing in common was they were all maxxed out ON HP line.

When you say you can’t get them to level 107 what do you mean exactly? You have enough xp drinks but for some reason the game won’t allow it? Maybe some screenshots would help?
And what do you mean about the HP line? Again, screenshots would probably make it simpler.
