I have all white circles and I’ve been fighting accomplices and looking for clues but no hideout!
The clues dont go away for some reason. Just keep track of the ones you searched. I had an issue today where all the clues were gone outside the white circle. We had to search for the hide.
The hideout can spawn “outside” the circle. Any clue touching the circle counts as inside it, even if the clue looks mostly outside.
