Besides from Woody and Jessie, the city has been lacking a bit of a western touch. With that being said, i would like to nominate Home on the Range character like Maggie, Mrs. Calloway, Grace, Buck, Lucky Jack, and Alameda Slim for DHBM.
I know that it’s not the most popular movie in the animation canon. But if Kida (whose movie was in the same era with Home on the Range) can get in. why can’t get these guys?
Besides, i think it would be hilarious for creeps to be beaten by cows.
Well, they are being beaten by Mice, snowmen, toys, horses, emotions, and a cat. 
But cows makes everything funny. 
I love that movie. It’d be great if they can come to the game
