I have played the game now about 20 days. During this time only 1 or 2 ads work while the others are showing me black screen for 5 secs and closing. After that you have to restart the game to try again. Usually I spend my morning train trip trying to watch 2 ads (im vip2) and most of the time it takes about 10 to 20 tries. My phone is Honor 8, no jailbreaks, no custom roms etc.
Could you fix this temporarily by giving the player the prize even if the video does not play because it is your fault and not the player’s.
