Whenever the developers finish working on him, which probably won’t be much longer if they thought he would have been ready for this past week’s update. Educated guess: early February.

I think he will come in this fridday which is the 21 so in 4 days we will likley see him appearing in the next patch notes

PB has already released 3 heroes this month. I’d be surprised to see a 4th (like when the Hocus Pocus witches came out), but since it was in the patch notes, who knows? Notes would come on the 21st, so the soonest would be the 25th. The week after that is a cap raise, which is usually just a cap raise.
Though, we should get Sign-in info by Friday, the 21st, too.

Unless hopper is the sign in hero in february then perblue could add only 1
