I don’t understand how Jesse and Eve are in the same set of patch notes, and Jesse is in the game, and Eve is nowhere to be found. I understand maybe a slow roll out of patches, but not picking and choosing what parts of a patch get added, and which ones don’t. Rex still isn’t even in yet from a few patches ago.
They’re all in game. On server 1.
Newer servers got less heroes at the start, which is a good thing. They’ll be added up later.
