What I mean is that I’ve been taking screen shots as I always do of some very volatile people in chat. Yet when I typed in chat half of what they did I was silenced and they were still going on and on. How do I take care of this? ALSO, this is not the first time and I have screen shots of before as well. I want whoever is moderating either trained better or replaced if possible.

If you take screenshots of badmouthing /volatile people.
Send them into support.
You will probably get the same generic response everytime, but I do hope they pick up the tickets of volatility.

There is no moderator.
There is a system that checks for words on a list of inappropriate words. You get silenced for saying any of them, even if you censor it with these ****
