How do i know the password to my email?

so im trying to log my account onto my computer but i need the password to the "@disneyheroesmode.com" email. any help? i dont have any other emails.

1. Click your Account Badge
2. Click Settings
3. Go to Preferences
4. Scroll down until you see the Email Section
5. Type your Email
6. Click Save Changes
7. Go back to Preferences and scroll down until you see the Password Section
8. Click "Send Password Reset Email
9. Log on to the Email that you typed
10. Check if a Password Reset Email was sent to you
11. Follow the instructions
