This is impossible yet is possible?
Maybe they are P2P or hackers?
Or saved guild tokens 
“5x” guild crate give 2M points, also there are other sources to gain points.

It’s definitely possible.
Last time I was somewhat shouted down for suggesting the progress tiers were set a little too low, though I’m inclined to think that it’s the same again…
