How to contact devs?

Hi everyone
Sorry if i bother someone but i have a issue.

I left the game a long time ago (2years aprox) and when i came back, city watch is completly hard.

Even if i choose “easy” i cant finish it and i see that the characters has this mods high lvl making em mega powerfull and impossible for me to finish it.

Im likely always stuck at the 3 part…

I would like the devs to remove all characters mods on easy mode in ctiy watch, please?

Unfortunately Easy mode in City Watch isn’t adjusted to be easy in terms of like the character and team selection, Easy is the mode that give extra HP and energy between fights and don’t have any additional difficulty increasers.

However I am happy to help you get back to the game if you are interested in trying to return to the game, as well as giving you tips that can help you in terms of City Watch not being as hard for you :-).

If you screenshot your 5-15 main characters sorted by power it would be the best help for me to help you, but if you tell me what characters you have and what rank they are I can also help based on that most likely.

As for contact the developers directly is basically impossible unfortunately, but the community manager could answer you next week although not sure how likely such is.

Your best bet is to contact Customer Support in the game, which you do by clicking on your icon, then clicking Support, then Contact Us in the top right corner of the pop-up.

So yeah, if you want to contact PerBlue Customer Support is our main way :-).

Is there any other way to contact support that anyone knows of? I am going on day 4 of miscommunications. I want to speak to someone. I think I’m talking to someone who doesn’t speak the same language is there a way to communicate with someone in your country?

I have looked at the ticket and from their notes and last response 7hrs ago they did give the correct deal to your account, but have moved it to another support agent to look at as well. Please be patient and do not update the ticket again.
