How to negate Gonzo’s permastun effect

Each time I have tried to get past this chapter, wave 3’s Gonzo permamently stuns my team, making them incapable of fighting back.

I’ve tried every variation of my strongest characters, none of them have been effective at all!

Mulan normally deals with him moderately easily, but being permanently stunned, she can’t use her ability to fight back.

In cases like this, I usually have Jasmine send Rajah to stun the problematic enemy, but Gonzo’s cannonball skill makes him untargetable at the start of the wave.

Are they any countertactics to defeat Gonzo without using a Gonzo myself?
I don’t have the resources to waste on bringing him up to Red6 168, not for one battle.

Permastun? Gonzo? What?

Shouldn’t Mulan one-shot him? Just save her energy for wave 3.

Unfortunately, Gonzo is not just in wave 3, he is in wave 2 as well and if I don’t direct Mulan to Fireworks him, he’ll wipe the team before they even get to wave 3.
As it is, he took out two members of the team before Mulan took him out, including Jasmine, who was there to stun him into inactivity.

Ohh yeah hadn’t seen it.
Anyway Gonzo is probably defeating Jasmine and Elsa because of rank difference. 5/6 ranks are a lot. Gonzo in general is pretty mediocre, the stun is short and the damage is forgettable… it should be easy with a closer rank

I don’t suppose you have Donald at a reasonably high rank? If his purple skill is maxed and he survives to the third wave, he’ll probably absorb most of the first wave of stuns.

Gonzo’s not your issue… practically every enemy can stun except Pooh, Hades, and Timon.

Maybe use hardy?

Only Gonzo and Piggy can stun there. And T&P with the disk. And I guess T&P prevent Mulan from shotting them at the start. But still, it shouldn’t be hard. It’s just that fighting R6 with R0/R1 is a little too much

Jack Jack can’t stun. He would have that pathetic 0,5 seconds if he had Bogo disk lol, but he doesn’t

Maybe the person should try with different toons instead of keeping using same ones and expecting very different results.

But still weird, Mulan should evade the stun.

Target Rajah to Pooh. Slows will just make Gonzo’s work easier.

Somehow I got past him with this team:

Judging from what Angel is doing to him and his chicken, I guess she was going after him specifically for some reason.

As near as I can tell, Angel and Mushu’s silencing abilities were keeping Gonzo in checkmate.
