Depends on which server you’re in. I’m going to make the assumption you’re on S19, because he’s literally everywhere there, and it has the least characters. Tia shuts down his self-support with silence, charm, and curse, buying Duke Caboom an opening to flatten him.
If you don’t have either, Mike’s stun can prove effective, and you can use Ducky & Bunny for massive damage in combination with the scare.
