I have an iPad Air that I’ve been using to play the game, though I plan to buy a new iPad Pro for the same purpose. In the meantime, Disney Heroes was working most of the time, & I could get on it just fine yesterday, but now I can’t use the game at all anymore! T_T It crashes just as soon as I open it, & nothing I do helps! I’ve tried offloading apps to clear up space, I’ve tried restarting the iPad more than once, & anything else I can think of, but my efforts are all for naught! What can I do to fix this problem until I get my newer iPad?
You could just not play it at all,I mean. Once you get your new IPad you could just data transfer from your old one and your progress shouild still be saved. Another way is,if u have an app that saves your progress when you delete a game, delete DH then get it back
Me agree with you, it best just to wait.
And this might be wrong, but this is how I’d do it if I was in your situation
Wait for Monday.
@Polaris is really good about helping people with these kinds of problems.
But there is a really high chance there is nothing to be done. You might want to start seeing if you can download it any other device you may have.
OK, I’ll try & redownload it onto my newer iPad, & log into my account there.
But I just remembered something for the meantime—I think I have my Facebook account connected to my account! I temporarily downloaded Disney Heroes to my grandma’s phone, & I’m trying to use FB to find my actual account…
…But when I tell it to connect to FB, it only gives me the option to use my grandma’s Facebook page, & I can’t see any way to switch FB accounts, so I can log into the account connected with MY FB! What should I do in this case?
(I hope my last post didn’t confuse anybody!)
- Why Monday, though, specifically?
- OK! How do I reach her/him?
Polaris, the community manager has free during the weekends you see :-).
And if Polaris see your post they may reply to you tomorrow without you pinging them, but that you can see on depending on how it goes.
Polaris is a Perblue official. They have Saturday and Sunday off. They’ll back on Monday.
They’ll (Most likely) see this on Monday and reply to you.
Sorry to hear about the crash. Can you tell me exactly where this is happening? Do you see the loading screen or is it at some other point?
For the Facebook link, the game pulls up the Facebook account that’s logged into the Facebook app on the device. If you don’t want to use your grandmother’s FB, you’ll need to log into your account on her device before you launch the game. Once you have the game linked to your FB, you can log off FB - the game link will remain active.
