This is my Unlikely Concept for Pikachu from Pokemon
Bio-The Electric mouse Pokemon,Pikachu,electrocutes enemies to give them the shock to their lives

Basic Attack- Uses an electric attack dealing X damage (Damage Type: Fantastic)

Thunder Bolt (Fantastic)
Passive- During his basic attack,Pikachu applies 1 stack of Charge on enemies
Active- Pikachu sends a lighting Bolt towards enemies,dealing X damage and Y more damage per stack of Charge
Green
Electro Ball
Pikachu sends an electric ball towards the enemy with the most HP,dealing X damage and stunning them for 12 seconds. This also applies 3 stacks of Charges on that enemy
Blue
Spark
Pikachu electricutes the ally with the lowest skill power,increasing their basic Damage and their confidence by 100%.
The buff is less effective in allies above level X.
Purple
Thunder Shock
Thunder Bolt now stuns enemies for 14 seconds and removes X MAX HP for each stack of Charged they had on them.
Red
Long Time Companion
When Pikachu uses Electro Ball enemies are now stunned for 15 seconds and are dealt X damage per second
Spark now increases the allies attack speed by 75% and their Max HP by 125%

Buff Pikachus attack speed is now increased by 8% each time he places a stack of Charged on an enemy

Disk- Electric Medicine
Buff- Pikachu now heals himself for X when he absorbs stacks of Charged
Star Buff- Plus Y HP per star
Level Buff- + X max HP
