On elite mode, Chapter 3, level 5, on the second part, my green bars were full but, I still die every time!
Try upgrading your skills for your hero’s or even going back to levels to farm for badges to level up your heroes

Wot is the team u r using? And if its a weak team, try upgrading like wot @CowardWhisper8 just said.
Most likely time runs out.
If this is the case level up your heroes and skills until you can bypass it.
Or show your team composition to help you out.
