I may be missing something, but if I’m right, then there’s something seriously wrong here.
I checked and every single one of my heroes (which is all of them) have the healed when stunned boost. This boost should only be given to heroes who stun, and many of them do not. But this is giving the boost to everyone, regardless of whether or not they stun.
I think they’re working on fixing this.
Have they, where? It certainly seems like a bug 
not all heroes are in the Stun collection.

Those heroes have always had the benefit from the collection buff, but we just added the icon to their hero page so players can see what the bonus level is.

That’s just how it is. Typically, the bonus is for the heroes in that collections, but there are a few that have special application (such as all the heroes on a team in combat).
