There are many heroes in the gold crate not just animal
What happens is that animal of the muppets is in the gold chests but nothing else came out a token and I spent all my gold in chests
It is RNG . you don’t always get who you want.
You don’t get hero tokens automatically out of gold crates

In all honesty, PB needs to counter the RNG aspect of the game
