So I’m trying to decide on which friendship disk is best for Judy Hopps. Here are both disks set at their max levels:
Felix:
Bogo:
See, I thought when I first read it, the Felix disk gave a 600% basic damage bonus to everyone on the team through her Inspire ability, but now I see I was wrong. Still, it’s a massive amount of skill power and basic damage.
… Doesn’t it? I thought the disk was only saying that how much the basic damage from her Inspire buff is increased by is affected by how many Support heroes are on the team. 
The Felix disk used to be considered much better… at this point Bogo I guess, the basic damage buff won’t get very significant anyway

With the right team (benefits from basic damage boost, has another support or two in addition to Judy), the Felix disk is still better, IMHO. If you’re wanting to use her as a stalling tactic in Arena/Coliseum defense, or if you plan to use her to guard a diamond in Heist, her Bogo disk is clearly better.
