I need help!

I absolutely love the game, played it for a while now, but starting again.

I cant seem to make a team!
Everytime i get a team together i feel guilty for not picking the others or then suddenly this character looks better than the one i chose.

I could just stick with one team, but then it feels like im pushing myself and lose interest and joy in the game.

I could just switch characters, but then it happens again with a new character and i cant upgrade every hero in the game.

Im running low on resources and i cant even choose just ONE favourite.

What can i do?

Try to look up.heroes tier ranking in reddit or in here with forums. Focus on one team (presumably s tier heroes) to make it strong enough go through campaign and arena amd go on from bere.
