Hi, it’s me, dove, with a less fortunate post today. I cant speak it infront of people, but we cant dm staff either, so I am here to ask for perblues attention on a serious topic.
So we can get perblue attention, please put @loutre at the end of your comment.
This is a very serious topic that I cant say publicly, and I cant dm them, so I need them to dm me so we can talk about the matters of the issue.
Not sure what happened, but I assume this is something related to the forum and not to the game?
If it is the game then you can probably contact the Customer Support in the game, but if the forum I assume Loutre would be the person to talk to yeah.

Generally, what´s the problem? (not super specific, just the general idea) but if you don´t want to say it is fine

I think what is it narrowed, like bullying, verbal abuse, etc
I see and yeah, I would be up for trying to help as well in PM/DM if isn’t specifically something admin related, but yeah up to you if you rather mainly just talk about this mainly with Loutre and I understand if so.

There is technically a way to message the mods, but I wouldn’t necessarily say it’s “messaging them”. When flagging a post, there’s an option to send a flag for a different reason and that messages the moderators 
The best way to get Loutre’s attention is to PM him
They just said that you can’t PM them 
I dont actually know the difference between a pm and dm
I’m pretty sure you can add them to DMs. But I may be wrong.
Just @ them. And they are in the PM then… I think.
Just made a test. It says they aren’t accepting messages atm.
Anyway Dove, the best you can do is flag them for something else, and say what is happening.
Hi there! Best thing for situations like this is to submit a ticket and I can look at and respond there. If I open my DMs here, unfortunately, it will most likely lead to people asking for things that are better suited for support tickets.
As another forum member stated if it is about a comment/post make sure to flag it since I check those as well.
