I’m going to assume this has to do with you losing Regular?
I won’t beat around the bush here: while losing Regular, regardless of how or why it happened, is unfortunate, there’s not really anything you can do about it except just wait until you can get it again, however long that may be.

Here I leave you the list of requirements to return and keep the regular, if you think you need to do something, do it, sometimes it happened that people lost the regular and recovered it soon after (Example Me or Commander-Rex)
It may seem like a lot but it is not that complicated, also remember that you must maintain the requirements so as not to lose the regular
