Victory: Tweety looks happy and laughs.

Basic Attack: Tweety pecks an enemy with his beak, dealing X damage.
Skills:
White Skill: Swing Along
Tweety moves to the frontline, and Tweety’s bird cage appears, Tweety gets in the cage, gets on the swing and starts to swing, healing 3 allies X HP. While Tweety does this, he reflects all projectiles passing him and heals until he runs out of energy.
Green Skill: I Taw It!
Tweety grabs his pair of binoculars and looks at the opposing team with them, studying the opposing team for 13 seconds.
Blue Skill: Puddy Tat
Fantastic Damage 
Sylvester runs up to 3 random enemies and scratches them, dealing X damage and dealing knockback, and will also blind. Blind may fail if enemy’s level is above level X.
Purple Skill: Tweeting of The Tweety
Tweety Bird’s basic attack does X% more damage and gives him basic damage.
Red Skill: Sylvester’s Slashing
Tweety’s Blue Skill deals X% more damage and Tweety gains one stack of Hardy every time he activates his Blue Skill.
