Do not loose hope! There is always a chance they can come, but try to be patient and hope for other characters that are more likely at this time. Eventually, who knows? Amphibia might come in the future.

If it helps @Duck_Hunt_Duo I have some characters on my wish list that while they are technically Disney, they will never come.

At least Slinky is in the game and some badges in the game represent Amphibia. There is also a badge that shows Sprig on it.
