Hello everyone. I am enjoying this game on Server 13.
But since December our server has become very slow, and it is getting worse day by day.

At first glance this abnormal condition of Haist may seem to be a problem of my network. However, since this issue is fairly occurring to all players of Server 13 regardless of Japanese players or Korean players, we believe that this abnormal condition exists in the server.

In this way, even if there is no client’s communication speed or ping loss, no response will be returned. I am not recording, but it does not mean there is a problem with my smartphone process.

I also found that when I could not log in, requested reconnection, or when the screen did not shift, no response from the server with IP of 34.231.165.177 came back.
I do not know if the server with this IP really is the cause of the problem, but the player of Server 13 can say that we are losing battle results of Serge and War due to problems not attributed to us It is that it is getting off, opening the treasure box, waiting for 30 seconds until Arena is displayed.

I do not know the detailed numbers, but it continues for more than a week Because of this problem Server13 has been getting less and less people.
I hope that support will improve this problem as soon as possible. I hope that a concrete change will take place by raising it in this forum.

英語が使えないので日本語で失礼します。同じく13サーバーで遊んでいますが、最近サーバーの応答速度が遅く、アプリが立ち上がらないことすらあります。特にヘイストやサージでは、戦闘が始まらないことがありゲームになりません。コロシアムやアリーナでも戦闘が始まるのに時間がかかったり、そもそもランキング読み込みが終わらなかったり…。チャットも反映に時間がかかりイライラします。この状態ではゲームができないと嘆いているフレンドも多いです。大至急修正をお願いします。

I tell people at Server 13 to check the forum, but most people seem to be unable to get the first user registration screen linking with game accounts. I think that a serious problem is still occurring in Server 13.

Today is also such response speed from morning. Again, this is not a problem of my client or network environment, it is a phenomenon that happens to all the players of Server 13.

日本語で失礼します。13サーバーユーザーですが、サージのライフのバグFixアップデート以降、サーバーが重くゲームが正常に行えないトラブルが起きています。
以下、私に起きている問題です。調査改善をお願いします。

・ゲーム開始時の応答がおそく、再起動しないと開始できない
・サージのギルドの仲間のリストが読み込めない
・サージでバトルが完了しているのに戦闘中とマップに赤く表示されるときがある
・アリーナ、コロシアム、ヘイストの開始に時間がかかる
・ヘイスト中、探索の秒数が進まない
・ヘイスト中、戦闘ボタンを押しても反応せずバトルができない

Many korean players also agree with this invocation. Server 13 is so lagging after 1.6 patch update. It is literally impossible to play many contents in game about peak time. (like free stamina times)

For many Asian players, this issue must get solved quickly.

Plz resolve this prob
I lost my arena and serge chances.
My internet is connected to 5G and doesn’t matter at all.
Also all of users in 13 server got same trouble.
I hope it will be fixed soon. It is really uncomfortable
I am worried that users leave from this game due to this bug

I am a japanese user on the server 13.
Those problems, which are mentioned above, are also happend on me, after 1.6.1 update.(And that is why I am using this forum account which is connected with my game account on the server 6, owing to inablity to get the first user registration screen with my game account on the server 13.)

I lost some chance to battle of the colosseum, the arena and the surge with no battles happend, after relaunching of the app following to the too-long waiting time to shift to the battle screen which has never showned due to forced-shutdown of the app.The heist is too slow and buggy to play with less stress, and the condition is terrible at night or weekend.
And loading screens of guild, ranking or the citywatch often take too-long time to wait. Even translation of chats can take long time. Also I had failure to be on the home screen after launched the app, many times.
I experienced these problems at any place I was.

Those problems can make anyone stressful, so I am afraid of decreasing of users who login to and play on server 13, too.

Thank you for reporting with the players of Server 13 together. It is only those who registered accounts in the forum before this server problem occurred or who can use other server account like Asagi can come up here. Many people can not even raise their voices.
I also have other server’s account, but any one of Server 1, Server 5, Server 15 is playing without problem. That is why it is a problem specific to Server 13. I hope improvement as soon as possible.

and i’m lost many hero fail in heist and serge because lost connect. i feel very bad…

Most of the players of Server 13 are currently retiring with a bad mood with one star on store evaluation. Because that is the last resort left to them.
