I can’t seem to find what the badges and borders actually do. Are they decorations or do they add buffs? If so what ones are best with what ppl?

They Are Just Decorations, Nothing Else.

I’m going to assume these are from the Collections.
The Borders and Badges from Collections are just bragging rights, to show people how much progress you’ve done on these type of stuff.
