Nothing appears off on our end regarding this.
It’s started now but there is a delay of about 15 mins
The few times I’ve been able to check on the game at the time invasion is supposed to start, it always seems to start 10-20 minutes late or so. Annoying, but really minor, IMHO.

I think Server 1 since like last August is getting Invasion around 5-10 minutes later than every other server. Maybe the dev team can do something about it to start as the other servers do? 
At least look.

I can poke them, but they showed it ended at 12:15pm CST and then began again a minute later.
