Was in a middle of Hiest. It kept crashing… and loading screen has been taking a long time to open?
Well, Numi here. Got stuck on one of the alts. Possibility is that the consolidation requests are being processed. Or the server is down.
I was in the middle of marking war vehicles and had trouble with so I left and try to come back now it wont let me get on
It took a long, long time to connect, and it’s taking a long, long time to do much of anything within the game, so I’m guessing there’s something going on with the server(s).
We do not consolidate accounts over the weekend.
Server 1 had a spike of activity so lots of people playing at once. We’re just going to restart real quick to increase memory for all the people trying to get in-game.
I mean, I did say elsewhere in the forums that 1 is now bloated more than after 1&9 merge last year.
Just saying, it could have been written that the request would be sorted starting Monday right after the merge time was known.
Only a hint for some future Thursday merge
It is done by support staff manually so only Monday-Friday during business hours are these done.
That’s perfectly alright but some people don’t know that. I just call it a sort of friendly reminder.

Well looks like it’s happening again @Loutre , game keeps freezing up and can’t get in.
This server merge with server 1 has been the worse performance ever in playing stability, and I am not the only one complaining about it. Guess you should change tos to allow more variations to merges Becuase clearly your servers can’t handle people playing the game anymore and it’s getting fustrating to many.
@Loutre agree, the game has really been unstable, lots of hanging. It’s getting really frustrating. Hopefully something can be done to improve performance
Yes, server 1 has become almost impossible to play with all the lagging and disconnections
Improvements made in the backend and the servers are back up now. We will look further into this during our actual business hours.
@Loutre any updates? Trying to get dailies and things done before work - the lag is driving me nuts. Just freezing while scrolling, typing…it was good yesterday so not sure what’s going on.
