I’m able to connect to server 1 via my phone but not my tablet, which makes no sense to me.
I got in but nothing will load and can’t even open crates
Game servers should be back up, if you run into any further issues, please submit a ticket! Surge seems to be the cause, and we will continue to investigate. I apologize for this disruption!
Try emptying the cache it help me for the game stability and the connection problems
The lag is absolutely annoying… please fix it
I still see loading issues in the game…why!!!
I’ve been having issues since last night when the game booted me twice after completing a run in port. Lost my double gold drop and had to reinstall the app twice just to get back in.
And this morning/afternoon, it’s pretty much all lag, all the time. I was able to open surge and didn’t get my gold for yesterday’s effort, just saw the new round for the day.
Given how hard it is to make enough gold to keep up hero stats, I’m kinda pissed.
@TheGrillFather any chance we can get an extension on the day’s events? The game is still running soooooo slowwwwwly and it’s difficult to make use of them
Yes…always keep loading and loading…which is very annoying
Also I have missed a day of prize wall mission and now it is refreshed to another day…it is very disheartened
It takes prox 18sec to level a hero from badge e3 to e4.
That x 212 heroes or so. Then battlebadge, discpower and enchanting it takes 2min to lvl 1 hero. So 414min…
Also i cant switch screens anymore. When i spar for war i make printscreen. Then when i attack i switch screens so i use the right heroes but now the game restart @TheGrillFather

I’ve talked to the team and we’re exploring options, that hopefully will go live before our winter break! Just a heads up as well, I’ll be out of the office a little earlier, but you’ll be in excellent hands with a familiar friend, @Polaris, for the latter half of this week
