Its probably just a bug i would think, submit a support ticket and im sure someone will help you with getting what you should have got. Be aware of work hours for wherever perblue are based though as they could be in the middle of the night if you submit it at the wrong time which means it wont be answered for a long time. @Polaris may be able to get this confirmed as a bug though.
This was an error with the event. It should now be affecting all the game modes listed. Thanks for letting us know!
