Issues with the Heist

Revamp the Heist.
The Heist does not work in its current format. There are a number of issues:

  1. Finding players to start a medium or hard Heist takes too long. If you initiate a Heist and want players to join, it can take 20 or more minutes just to get two players to join before starting the game. Most players do not join if the game has not already started.

  2. It really sucks to join a Heist and some of the players are not participating. It is becoming more common for someone to start a Heist, but does not participate in the game. When reviewing which Heist to join, it is easy to decide not to join a game when the heros on the map are inactive and are not moving. But if they had been initially moved to protect diamonds, and then not play, it is more difficult to determine weather to join that particular game.

People start a game or join a game and not play because it takes too long to play or they just want credit for other players finishing the heist.

My solution: A timer should be set so that if a player joins, but is inactive after a minute, they are automatically ejected from the game. If someone initiates a game, but is inactive, he/she will get ejected. If noone else has joined, then that game ends. If there are other players, the next player in line becomes admin.
What do you guys think?

A liitle advice, mostly for the second problem: do not join random heists, go with your guild. Maybe someone say “Let’s go for a heist”, and players join it immediately.

I agree! I hate being stuck in a Heist where I’m the only one playing. I usually make my own so I can kick people that aren’t participating.

I mostly agree. A guild heist works out well. The issue with my guild is trying to get enough people on at the same time to start a guild heist.
