It's Playtime (Quackerjack Character Concept)

“He has merchandising tie-ins. He has an advertising budget. He has better looks. But Quackerjack has TOYS!”

Quackerjack give enemies a whole new meaning of playtime with an arsenal of destructive toys.

Entrance: Quackerjack bounces in on a pogo stick

Victory: Cackles

Defeat: Pulls on his hat in frustration

Basic Attack: throws a pair of chattering teeth

White Skill: Topsy Turvey: (Normal Damage :fist:) Quackerjack uses a giant top to shuffle enemy positions and stuns them

The stun is more effective towards enemies with a level of X or lower

Green Skill: Goin’ Bananas: (Fantastic Damage :stars:) Quackerjack throws his doll Mr. Banana Brain which explodes.

Blue Skill: Spring Loaded: (Normal Damage :fist:) Quackerjack pounces the frontmost enemy with his spring-loaded shoes, knocking it back.

Knock back is more effective with enemies with a level of X or lower

Purple Skill: It’s Playtime: Spring Loaded adds a stun debuff

Red Skill: Playtime’s Over: Goin Bananas is given a splash effect giving Y damage to enemies

Friends

Megavolt

Campaign: Power Play: Quackerjack and Megavolt team up once again to take revenge on Vanellope and her friends.

Disk: Batteries Included

Memory: Basic attack takes energy from enemies

Disk Power: Z energy recovery

Syndrome

Campaign: Toy Takeover: Syndrome recruits Quackerjack into helping him creating a toy army for him to take over the city.

Disk: Child’s Play:

Memory: Spring Loaded happens more frequently

Disk Power: Z Attack, Z Skill Power

This concept is near great expect with a few things:

  1. Make sure to add variables like X, Y, or Z.
  2. If it’s a passive, make sure it has a reduced effect or it fails against enemies above level.
  3. Also add stat boosts to the red skills.
  4. Maybe some additional effects to the skills.
  • White should also stun
  • Green can maybe remove something
  • blue can knock back,
  • purple can also make basic attacks stun as well and maybe deal additional damage if the enemy is already stunned
  • Red should do more than just splash.
    Maybe change his role to control from these changes
