No, it’s TIME TO STOP adding Muppets and focus on other IPs 
This also include Toy Story, Zootopia and Incredibles 1.
There is too many of them while some have little representation in this game… or NONE like Bolt, The Black Cauldron, Pinocchio, Phineas and Ferb and many more.
Timeline, no.
Different age target, also no.
Overall, no.
Lets not get ourself overkill with the muppets we allready got many charthers from rhe franchise almost like toy story we dont need too much no more muppets is needed
