As a religious figure in the city of Paris, Judge Claude Frollo will do whatever it takes to preserve his place as a man of God… even if he has to send his darkest desires into flames of Hell.

Victory: Frollo grins wickedly as he puts his hands together.
Defeat: The red-robed audiences surrounds Frollo, making him drop to the ground on his knees with dread.

White Skill: Hellfire
(TRUE Damage)
Frollo throws a torch to the enemy line which causes them to be engulfed in fires of Hell, dealing X damage for 6 seconds and applies a stack of Corruption to each enemy damaged lasting for 12 seconds.
The stack of Corruption has a chance to fail against enemies above level Z.
Green Skill: Punishment
(TRUE Damage)
Frollo smites the closest enemy with his sword in a form of a powerful sword strike, dealing Y damage and Silencing them for 5 seconds. If Frollo strikes a Corrupted enemy, deals 100% more damage and reduces their Max HP by X for 12 seconds.
Blue Skill: God’s Plan
Frollo’s intense faith grants him a shield for X HP lasting for 8 seconds when an enemy attempts to disable him, Frollo also counters by Silencing that enemy for 10 seconds. Frollo can Silence an enemy for every 2 seconds after the shield is destroyed or expired.
Purple Skill: Dark Pyre
When Frollo counters Charms with ‘God’s Plan’, Frollo gains X Max HP and 50% Attack Speed that lasts for 15 seconds. However this applies a stack of Corruption on himself, the Corruption can only be removed when Frollo activates ‘Hellfire’.
Additionally, each stack of Corruption causes Frollo to take 20% less damage.
Red Skill: Turned Into Sin
Activating ‘Hellfire’ also Silences the Most Wanted enemy for 8 seconds. Additionally, Frollo cleanses all debuffs he has and inflicts the debuffs to random enemies during the damage-over-time from ‘Hellfire’.
Each Silenced enemies on the field grants Frollo X Max HP and heals him by X. If Frollo has a stack of Corruption, the reduced Healing converts into Armor and Reality for himself.

With the presence of people with superpowers in the City, Frollo becomes disoriented in his own delusions. Facilier came in sensing his distress and offers a deal to bring him peace for an exchange.
