Kevin Flynn advice badly needed

Hi guys. Crowdsourcing advice for a Kevin Flynn arena team. We just got him at server 11. How’s his damage at level 71 ? Is he squishy/does he need constant protecting ? Would a Felix, Sully, Flynn, Wall-E and Calhoun team work ? Or a Sully, Woody, Flynn, Wall-E, Calhoun team ? Seeking advice because I can’t decide if I should power up Flynn or Woody ( for Sully’s disk)

I’m a freemium player (VIP7). I do spend a little money on the game from time to time but I try to earn stuff manually most of the time. Seeking advice because I have limited in game resources that I use up so fast.

Flynn is a great answer against Tia. I would recomend a Felix, Sully, Zurg/Mike, Calhoun/Wall-E and Flynn
(Mike and Zurg with Sully is great, they do a lot more damage and also helps the sully purple ability)

The Calhoun/Wall-E decision is more bout what u think is better. I would recomend Calhoun (specially if u have the Violet disk), but both can be helpful

To bring balance to the discussion I just heard from a youtube video that Flynn is the worst character in the game. Really ? 0.0 I still don’t have him unlocked. His damage is miniscule ? How good is his purple skill ? Is the defence boost similar to Maui’s protective ability ? I am just so confused.

Here’s what’s funny. I heard from another youtube video that Wall-E is useless, even calling him trash. My Wall-E is 4 starred and he’s one of my favorite characters. He’s my teams energy source and his freezing ability is so useful. Some players don’t like Rex but I’ve also seen some players 5 star Rex. I guess I’m just wsuting for more feedback before I bite the bullet and spend my saved gold ( which isn’t a lot ). More inputs please. Has anyone used Flynn in arena ?

I heard that Flynn is the best counter for Tia Dalma, that said, if you promote him to purple, which grants him immunity from disables (Stun, Charm, Silence, etc.) and his teammates reality. I haven’t really unlocked him yet, so I have yet to see what he has to offer.

WALL-E is also good, considering his White Skill is equal to Frozone’s White and Purple Skill combined, and WALL-E’s Purple Skill also grants him and his teammates bonus energy.

Rex is also good for Shielded Enemies if you unlocked him at Purple, especially if your enemy has a Calhoun with Violet Disc.

I have Flynn and use him alot in arena.
Especially against Tia as mentioned, but also useful against any CC heavy team.

It’s his ability to cleanse that makes him useful. If you go by dps, hp, etc, then yes he’s weak.

I would stop taking advice from anyone saying Wall-e is trash. Love Wall-e

Thanks mr_fanTastic just curious how do you keep your Flynn alive ? I was planning to shield him with Calhoun. I love Felix but he’s so darn squishy. Is Flynn equally as squishy ?

In arena I’m usually the guy with lower stats. I would guess for Flynn to work your team’s stats should be at par if not better than the rest ?

Yes Flynn is equal squishy, but since he’s in the back he survives better. He usually dies before the end but by then he’s done his work and the remaining heroes have the upper hand.

Flynn is used against specific teams. With the right team it’s not necessary to be on par.

The only counter, I believe is Elastigirl with Vanellope Disc. She just sweeps the backline heroes!
