Kim, more punchykicky, less sonic blasty

To me, it feels like she’s not really hitting her enemies, just sending a sonic blast or airshock pushwave.

Is this because she’s a midline hero and for some reason, using blast style attacks instead of actually hitting them.

Kim’s technique has always been actually unarmed combat, so I hope they rework these skills so she actually jumps into melee range and punches/kicks her foes directly instead of using the blast effect animations.

It’s just like with Judy, what would normally be physical contact is shown as ‘blasts’ due to their position to avoid an excess of characters moving to the frontline for combat.

They really don’t need to because it’s obvious what she’s doing even if there isn’t actually any contact.

It’d still be good for them to rework the animations so they have more meat to them. Maybe speeding them up a bit, adding a bit of blur, and especially intensifying the impact visual. :thinking:
