Lag in the game today has made the game virtually unplayable. In Invasion “Quick fights” are not quick. Bots are not appearing readily after collecting awards and even the awards are not accessible for a time after you kill the bot. As I was going through powerups, the game would give me that “we know there’s a problem and we’re working on it” message and then roll back about 10 power ups and I’d have to select through them again.
Surge is ridiculously slow.
Arena is Loading… and loading and loading and loading…
Same with the Coliseum.
And Heists…
So, now I know performance issues are a bear to track down… but this is kinda nuts. It got worse by an order of magnitude today, so that points to the new code. I don’t think I can get my daily quests done for the day…because the screens don’t load…
What is your plan for tackling this problem (as I type this the game went from Loading… to reconnecting… to loading… again)? Please be open and transparent about this because it’s affecting everyone. Plan. ETA. Compensation (missed quests, etc). Thanks.
