Well, can’t be sure, some of the new ones aren’t that OP. Like, Peter Pan is strong and annoying, but not too much. So, I guess it depends on a specific character.
My ‘No’ vote for #2 is on the basis that the power creep (leap? soar? blast-off to outer space?) is probably entirely intentional 
Yes I completely agree some heroes aren’t op but I’m saying are they too strong, for example like you said Peter pan, so if you had to choose him or Barbossa? Or Joy or Yax?
Or Alice or Judy?
Or Merlin or Maleficent?
They aren’t all op but they are much stronger, possibly too much stronger

Beast, ducky and bunny, Peter Pan, jafar, these heroes keep getting more broken by the clock.
So @Polaris is that enough votes for it to go to the team for consideration?
I know the team put a lot of time and effort into the heroes but players are voicing their concerns and need to be heard.

Hmmmm, is Peter Pan not broken?
Mine is already eligible to fight the big lvl 170 bosses in Invasion - and he is 2-star, O2, 23k power - my 2nd weakest hero by numbers alone. How many older heroes can do Invasion at that level? And not die to the boss? His damage is comparable to my 5-star O3 Quorra - my top 5 hero.
Oh and out of 9 times my guild attacked the single node with Peter Pan in Surge, we wiped 7 times. It’s one of the ‘easiest’ ones as well - #24. (It also has Bo so double the ‘fun’.)
New characters are always too strong…
Do they? Skills look good, stats are unknown.
I mean bo peep, ducky and bunny, jafar and so on…
New characters are always great!!
Their Skills are good and stats are also far better than old characters.
