Except I haven’t heard of practically any of them . . . Or, that is any of them non-Disney. Any character who doesn’t belong to Disney cannot be added.

If you haven’t heard of them, Google them.
It doesn’t matter if they aren’t Disney (although it appears that at least the majority of them are), it’s called a wish list for a reason.

It’s my understanding that Hero Wish List is for heroes that they actually want to be added to DHBM itself, with full knowledge that they are eligible. If I’m wrong, which I’m sure I am as of now, based on replies, I apologize.
