I just lost a heist after well over 80 minutes. hard level. we had only lost 1 gem before narrowing down the hideout area as small as possible. however it never appeared. we could not find it. finally we agreed to lose just so it would end. Loda and Monstarhero can confirm this. we all took screenshots of how long chat took. it only goes back 54 minutes or so before it cuts off. but we should have got win rewards
I reported this issue before, and because we found the hidden POI, we couldn’t get helped the way we wanted to get help.
Next time, look for the POI behind the hero’s little popup that’s guarding the gem. The POI is probably behind it. Let me know if you don’t get what I’m saying.
