Yeah if you check bolts skill where it has the effect things it should say for all 4 of them… Well not the main attack cause that doesn’t appear on the skills on the character the three skills say normal damage instead of fantastic damage but laser eyes is also normal damage

The only strong fantastic damage dealer who’s guaranteed to survive an entrance skill by himself is Ian[Go].
When facing those skills it’s usually best to counter them specifically with something that will help your team survive in general (eg. team shields/armor/reality, revives, etc), rather than relying on heroes having high defences themselves
