My hero wish list item would be: Lotso from Toy Story 3. I know we have many Toy Story characters, but only one villain from the movie series. Friendships would be great with Zurg and Buzz Lightyear. Anyway, here’s a general character concept:
Lotso (Lots-o-huggin’ Bear)
Toy Story 3
Lotso is a front line damage hero that specialises in controlling and holding opponents with lots of hugs.
Lotso enters the battle and pounds his paws together, with a mean look on his face.
When Lotso is defeated, he hides his face in his paws and shakes his head.
Lotso’s victory pose is a few of his toy minions appear behind him with a menacing look.
White Skill: “Try me” - Lotso Grabs nearest opponent and spins them several times, causing AoE damage to nearby opponents.
Green Skill: Strawberry Scented- Lotso periodically releases a strawberry “scent” that heals the hero with the lowest HP.
Blue Skill: Hugger - Lotso “hugs” the closest tank to him. Damaging for 2000 HP/sec (4 seconds max, if uninterrupted)
Purple Skill: Sunnyside - Lotso’s “Hugger” ability now leeches energy off of opponent. +/- 300 energy/sec.
Orange Skill: Eye in the Sky - Lotso summons his “Eye in the sky” musical monkey. When Jolly Chimp appears, all invisibility by opponents is negated and disabled. Any character that possesses an invisibility ability is stunned while Jolly Chimp is on screen (2 sec).
Red Skill: Lockdown - While Lotso utilises his “Try Me” skill, he does 50% more damage per revolution. Gaining momentum, each spin’s damage is increased by 25% per spin (up to 5 rotations)

Level 130: Zurg
Spare Parts
Lotso’s “Strawberry Scented” ability now heals for an additional 10% per second. 4 seconds max. (15% if the character is a Toy Story character)
Level 110: Buzz Lightyear
Demo mode
Lotso’s “Hugger” ability now allows player to choose character to “hug”. Much like Megara’s Link. This also includes back line characters. Causing Lotso to Jump in to grab them.
This is my first concept, so there may be discrepancies. This is a very vague suggestion, but would love to see Lotso shake things up.
