Animations
Entrance: Lotso walks holding his cane
Victory: Lotso chuckles evilly
Defeat: Lotso gets frustrated and throws his cane
Basic Attack: Lotso hits an enemy with his cane
Skills
White Skill: Sweet Hug
Charm
Lotso hugs himself. Enemies who are near him will be charmed for 8 seconds and prefer not to attack Lotso and allies.
Green Skill: Get 'Em
Attack Speed
Lotso calls out his allies to attack, increasing their attack speed by 60% for 7 seconds.
Blue Skill: Cane Stomp
Silence 
Normal Damage 
Scare
Lotso stomps his cane in anger, dealing X damage. Enemies will be scared and silenced for 10 seconds.
Purple Skill: Sunnyside Daycare
Passive
Lotso will take less damage from scared and silenced enemies.
Red Skill: Evil is Inside (similar to Mike’s red skill)
Attack and Movement Speed
When Lotso reaches 1% Max HP, he activates Cane Stomp. While enemies are charmed by Sweet Hug, Lotso and allies’ attack and movement speed are increased by 50% for 5 seconds.
