Which 2 heroes could fit good in this lineup, with Ron, shego and pooh and why?

I think I would recommend not focusing on Pooh as he is relatively old now, just thought I let you know :-).
In terms of the characters I recommend, I suggest these:
Swedish Chef, Quackerjack, and Russel and Kevin.
Doesn’t matter pooh is still good against max and he’s really hard to take down
It actually do maters as older characters have worse stat potential than new characters, even if yes Pooh do have good Tank skills and properties.
Though, unfortunately Pooh can’t compare to newer characters in the long run who will likely have more HP than Pooh at the same level.
The reason is Power Creep, newer characters getting better stats than the older characters.

If you would like a team for shego, I suggest shego, angel, Jim, disgust and Meg, the supports keep shego and disgust alive and Jim helps disgust and shego deal a whole lot of damage.
A good team for Pooh would be a slowing team or a freezing team, although they are a bit out-dated nowadays, but some still use them
