It’s a guild contest - the entire guild can contribute towards that 300 plus.

Let’s say a guild has 50 members. Each member can do 15 City Watch battles per day. If all 50 members participated, then your guild can get 750 City Watch battle wins per day!

And if you have the extra reset perk, that’s a max possible amount of 4500 City Watch battles for the contest

Does it mean you can have 2 rounds of City Watch per day? Because in my guild I can have do City Watch per day if I didn’t do one the day before. Which perk is that?
No, it means that you can store 2 resets instead of just 1 - ie. over any given period, you can do (days + 2) city watches
