@Polaris, why is this feature not available here in the DHBM discourse? It is really helpful.
There is a discourse feature where topic creators and staff can mark a certain reply as a solution to the OP. If a reply is marked as a solution, a “
SOLUTION” indicator will appear at the bottom of the reply, and it will be automatically be linked below the topic. Notice this:
If there’s a solution, the topic will be closed maybe immediately, or after a few hours, a few days, a week, or a month depending on the user’s settings. The user with replies marked as a solution will get a Helpdesk badge.
And users can filter the search results or topics as Solved or Unsolved.
